Yes, for group bookings of 6 or more guests, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointments.

This helps us ensure a smooth and personalized experience for your group.

Yes, an automatic gratuity is applied to group bookings as follows:

    •    For groups of 4 or more, an 18% gratuity is automatically applied.

    •    For groups of 6 or more, a 20% gratuity is automatically applied.

We are pleased to offer pregnancy massage throughout the duration of your pregnancy. In addition you can safely enjoy all of our esthetic services, with the exception of body wraps.

While certainly not mandatory, gratuities are greatly appreciated by our staff. If you're feeling the love, leaving a gratuity is a great way to show it.

Yes, all our massage services are performed by Registered Massage Therapists.

Parking at The Willows Spa is both abundant and complimentary. You can park in the lot directly in front of the main entrance of the complex.

We use an AHS approved sterilant and high-level disinfectant to sanitize tools used in all esthetic services. The safety of our clients is top priority.

Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment. If we cannot accommodate your new time, your treatment will end at its original time, so the next guest's appointment isn't delayed.

Arriving 15 mins. late or more may result in our technician not being able to perform your service.

We require 24-hours’ notice of cancellation for all services.

Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, any cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in full charges to your credit card or a deduction from any gift certificate.

For group bookings of 2 or more, please provide 48 hours’ notice of cancellation.

To ensure the comfort, safety, and protection of both our clients and team, the following policy applies to all waxing services for clients under the age of 18:

Clients under 16 years of age will not be booked for intimate waxing services (including Brazilian , regular bikini or French bikini).

Clients aged 16–17 will require a legal guardian to be present for any intimate wax (including regular bikini or French bikini).

*Full Brazilian waxing services are reserved  for clients 18 years of age and older.

All estheticians reserve the right to decline or modify a service if they feel uncomfortable or if proper consent has not been obtained.
