SPA & COFFEE BAR UPDATE

Here’s what you need to know for your upcoming visit to our Spa & Coffee Bar:

Our Spa is classified as "Personal Services" by the Alberta Government and is not eligible to participate in the "Restrictions Exemption Program". Therefore the following will apply at opening September 21, 2021:

Spa Capacity

Our capacity will be restricted to 1/3 of our occupancy load. Please come alone to your appointment. Additional guests will not be permitted to wait for you in the spa due to capacity limits. Newborns and nursing children will always be permitted to join their moms. Our patio is available to enjoy a beverage while waiting for your appointment.

Mandatory Masking

Masks are mandatory and must be worn while not eating or drinking. In some cases, masks may be temporarily removed to receive a treatment or service, please discuss this with your Therapist.

Social Distancing & Barriers

Our Barriers have been put back in place to provide a barrier between you and your technician and other spa guests.

Please maintain six feet of distance from those around you at all times.

BFF Pedicures and Tapas & Toes

When booking BFF pedicures, guests must be from the same household or are in designated cohorts. Please see the Restrictions Exemption Program for further information regarding Food and Beverage Service.

Restriction Exemption Program - Coffee Bar:

Our coffee bar is following the Restriction Exemption Program. Due to Capacity restrictions, our Coffee bar items will be take-out only. You may enjoy your food or beverage on our patio.

In-house food and beverage service will be available to already seated guests if one of the following documents is provided:

Proof of Vaccination:
- Single-dose accepted between September 20 and October 25, 2021, if received 2 weeks before the time of service
- Double doses are required after October 25, 2021
Documentation of a medical exemption
Proof of a privately-paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of service (tests from AHS or Alberta Precision Laboratories not allowed)

*Once you have provided proof of vaccination or medical exemption once, our team will happily make a note on your client profile that you are able to enjoy in-house food and beverage service from then on.

Cancellation Policy

STORE HOURS

Tuesday | 10:00am-9:00pm
Wednesday | 10:00am-9:00pm
Thursday | 10:00am-9:00pm

Friday | 10:00am-6:00pm

Saturday | 9:00am-3:00pm

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or no-shows) will result in a charge for the full amount of the service price on your credit card (or the equivalent deduction from gift certificates).
For bookings of two (2) or more people, 48 hours notice of cancellation is required.
Arriving late to your appointment will limit the time of your treatment. Your treatment will end at its original time so the next guest is not delayed.
